This allows people to distinguish words that sound similar, like "chair" and "stair." It also clarifies high

The W-400 replaced the W-9001 cordless clarity phone.
The C-435 replaced the W-400 cordless clarity phone.

- Amplified Volume: Amplifies volume more than 30 times louder than a conventional telephone. Has a certified minimum gain of 30dB, much higher than the minimum level of 12dB required by the FCC for amplified telephones.
