Plantronics 78887-01 RD-1

The Plantronics RD-1 POD is designed for use with cell phones that also assistance local �load detect� (LD) ear cell phones hookswitch (EHS) management and works with Plantronics CS50, CS55, CS70N, and Traveling 510S, CS351 wifi ear cell phones families**. Once connected, the RD-1 POD will send a ring aware indication to the ear cell phones at any time the phone jewelry, anywhere within a headset�s wifi range. LD hookswitch management, for cell phones that assistance it, enables on/off-hook functions directly from the ear cell phones using the headset�s Call Control button so calls can be responded to and finished slightly from the ear cell phones.

• Use the RD-1 with ShoreTel mobile phones that support native "lead detect" (LD) ear mobile phones hookswitch management (must be application edition 7.0 or greater and set auto off-hook to wifi headset)
• If using application edition 7.0 or greater, the RD-1 is suitable with the following ShoreTel IP mobile phones and will not need an HL10 mobile cellphone lifter for remote "hook switch": IP 212K, IP 230 (newer designs only, time frame value must end in "GE" or "-03" or higher), IP 230g, IP 265, IP 560 (newer designs only, time frame value must end in "GE" or "-03" or higher), IP 560G, and IP 565G.
• ShoreTel IP 110, IP 115, IP 210 mature 230 and mature 560 require the HL10 mobile cellphone lifter instead of the band sensor

• Compatible New laptop mobile phones are those with an HHEU ear mobile phones adaptor installed
• 3.5mm connect inserts into bottom of Plantronics wifi ear mobile phones charging base
• Ring signal has peel stick which sticks onto the cellphone near the speaker to sense the band when someone is calling
• Once connected, the RD-1 will send a ring alert indication to the ear mobile phones any time the cellphone rings, anywhere within a headset's wifi range
• Upon hearing the indication, the ear mobile phones individual clicks the contact management talk button on the ear mobile phones to answer the contact remotely
• Approximately 16" long
• 3.5mm port located on the inline box allows you to connect in an optional Plantronics Online Indicator Light (OLI) to indication to others you are busy on a call; OLI part number PL-78887-01
