We received the order very quickly and the equipment ordered seems to fulfill our needs. We were very pleased with the price, also. I have no complaints about the order and would definitely order from them again if necessary in the future. In fact, our Telecommunications Director is implementing this particular equipment as the Company Standard for hearing-impaired personnel.
I wish you guys were clearer if an amplifier is compatible or not with certain brands of telephones. I bought an amplifier and had to buy a brand new phone to go with it.
zone response - Thank you for your feedback. We try to do a complete job of researching compatibility of all of our products with different brands but still miss items from time to time. Don't forget that our customer service representatives are available during regular business hours to help you with any questions you may have about compatibility. In the case of telephone amplifiers and handsets we do have a complete compatibility guide with many of today's telephone manufacturers. Thank you for your input.
