Tracking Your Package
We understand that tracking issues can be frustrating. If your tracking number shows discrepancies, it's likely your order was split into multiple shipments. Please allow a few days for all packages to arrive. If you have concerns about missing or damaged items, contact our shipping department or the carrier, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Scheduling and Delivery Concerns
We understand that delivery times can be inconvenient. The InfoNotice you received provides several ways to adjust your delivery. You can reschedule by leaving instructions for the driver on the notice itself or by using the carrier's online platform to modify the time or location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally with DHL and FedEx International. To ensure a smooth delivery, please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Free Standard Shipping
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days, and delivery usually takes 4-6 business days after processing. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, please note that free shipping is not offered. We partner with FedEx, DHL, and USPS to get your order to you, with ground shipments arriving between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, based on distance.
Shipping Times and Cut-Off
For same-day shipping, please place your order before 2 PM PST. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the following business day.
Delivery Options:
Headset Zone offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. All U.S. same-day processing cut-offs are 2 PM PST unless otherwise noted
Get it Fast (U.S. - Order by 2 PM PST):
- Quick Arrival (3-7 Business Days): Standard U.S. delivery.
- 3-Day Shipping: Speedy U.S. delivery.
- 2-Day Shipping: Expedited U.S. delivery.
- Next-Day Delivery: Overnight U.S. shipping.
- Priority Next-Day (10:30 AM): Fastest U.S. delivery.
Shipping Beyond the U.S.:
- International: FedEx/DHL (2 PM PST cut-off).
- Military (APO/FPO): Registered Mail (delivery times vary).
- Canada & Puerto Rico: FedEx/DHL (2 PM PST cut-off).
- Saturday Delivery: Orders must be received by noon PST Friday.

To ensure timely delivery, please be aware that we don't ship on weekends or major holidays. While we do our best to ship orders the same day, we appreciate your understanding that this is not always feasible.
APO/FPO Addresses
Headset Zone is pleased to ship to APO and FPO military addresses. Due to logistical considerations, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding.
